Standard

To carry out end of let inspection: collection and handover of keys. Exchange of laundry for fresh and clean as supplied by property owner. Vacuuming and cleaning of kitchen, toilet and bathroom allowing up to two hours on site, on a Saturday or Sunday. This can be tailored to suit your own requirements depending on your location and circumstances cost maximum €140 per exchange based on a typical Band B property.

Mon - Fri

To carry out end of let inspection: collection and handover of keys. Exchange of laundry for fresh and clean as supplied by property owner. Vacuuming and cleaning of kitchen, toilet and bathroom allowing up to two hours on site, on any day between Monday and Friday. This can be tailored to suit your own requirements depending on your location and circumstances cost maximum €120.00 per exchange based on a typical Band B property.

Standard Plus & Mon - Fri Plus

If you are having guest arriving we are here to make sure everything is in order.

From cleaning the swimming pool to making sure all the electrics are safe. An agreed list of checks can be carried out before the guests arrive that you have agreed. The check list will be ticked off as items or tasks are done, and comments written if need and actions to rectify them completed. Depending on what services you supply with your property, will depend of the cost this will be carried out with the guest exchange visit.
